Best ps2 co-op game?

Schools out nd frienz are cmin ovr..need a name for some good ps2 co-op games..game such as warriors orochi and rpg titles are not wantd :P

not at all it's a decent hack n slash with some RPG elements. you have to think before to fight. It is perfect to play with a significant other or a friend.
how about the warriors (the rockstar game) thats the best co-op ive ever played.
Star Wars Battlefront 2(it has co-op and versus galaxy conquest). Conflict: Desert storm 1-2/Vietnam are great FPS's for splitscreen. Can't really think of much else. if one of your friends has a 360 you should get Earth Defense Force 2017!!! That game is freaking awesome. its a FPS and you run around blowing away giant ants/spiders/robots with assault rifles, sniper rifles, shotguns, bazooka's, flamethrowers, turrents, grenades and you are constantly getting more powerful versions of weapons and you collect permanent health powerups that add to your health total. Its the funnest splitscreen game I've ever played.
Contra: Shattered Soldier is a good game to play with a friend

*looks horrified* Dude.....the movie.......The Warriors........ok thats it!!! Goto the movie store and get the movie and thats what you and all your friends can do tonight lol.
Me and my Brother had a blast with the Warriors game!, handcuffing like 50 cops after robbing the jewelry store crashed our game haha. Fun times. I loved Red Faction to, sitting at the otehr end of the map sniping people threw the wall, people got so pissed off :D
if you enjoy sports games I have had great fun playing friends with both Rugby 08 and FIFA 08

the conflict series is not an FPS its a 3rd person shooter :P
Twisted Metal: Black and Head-On: Extra Twisted Edition have split-screen/co-op modes, if you like auto-combat games.
TimeSplitters 2 and TimeSplitters: Future Perfect have decent co-op story modes.
Champions of Norrath and Timesplitters Future Perfect.
I really enjoyed the Winning Eleven series back then, I think it was 7?
