An ole friend I went to school with and I just got in touch with is bringing me an Xbox that her and her husband don't play anymore, this weekend! And I just got my new PS2 yesterday!! Woohoo! Oh yeah!Yippie!

That's cool, I was just given a slim silver PS2 a few days ago by my girlfriends sister.Also my buddy let me have God of War 2 for awhile. Epic, Epic game, I never played it before today.
Yeah I beat it twice back when it came out and of course I got it when I got my PS2 yesterday, been playing it all day.
I never played Fable 1 or Jade Empire, can't wait. Ready to play Chronicles of Riddick again, and Tao Feng, that one is a good one.

Annoyance with that is why Starbreeze ended up remaking the Xbox game for 360 and PS3, eventually made a sequel, and put them both on the same disc.
Congrats. Now all you need is a Gamecube.
Man you are lucky. Now your in the same boat with me and muthesera666. You can try gamespot for crazy low game prices,but its what you see is what they got.
The other day I asked my brother to bring me TOS for the GC which he had borrowed from me a long time ago, he brought his GC, Xbox, about 30 games with him and 6 or 7 controllers and a couple of memory cards to give to me, I was so happy...Ha ha. Congrats to you though, I love the original Xbox, and glad I have mine, it always seems that the games I want to play on the xbox aren't B/C supported on the 360.

All three are great games. I also recommend Otogi (1 and 2) if you can find it (them).
Wow, for free? Awesome. :) I've gotten and Odyssey2, Atari 2600, and a Saturn via that way. :) Gotta love free consoles! Enjoy your Xbox and PS2.

i already had them all , back last gen lol and i have all 6 now(psp ps3 wii ds/dsi 360 lol like the wii more )
My friends said she had an extra gamecube too, that'll be for my wife. She loves Mario and games like it. My friend is supposed to bring these consoles Friday or Saturday. I just hope shes not blowing a bunch of smoke up my butt!!! If this stuff does not really happen, I'm going to look for an Xbox for the cheap. I really want to play Jade Empire!!! Gamestop.com has one for $50. Wish me luck!

Jade Empire is also on the PC if that's one of the biggest reasons you are looking for the Xbox. You might be just as far ahead to get it for the PC if yours can handle it.
That's not really the main reason, I also want to replay Riddick and Tao Feng, Jade Empire is the only Xbox exclusive that I can think of that I never played and maybe Fable. Also, Stubbs the Zombie, I bet that one is cool. Any other great Xbox games?
OMG!!!!!!!!!! I just remembered, DOOM 3!!!! Sweet!!!! I loved that game, if I get this Xbox, I can play that game, and the expansion, Resurrection of Evil!!!! Holy crap!!! See I only have a laptop, all my specs are really good except my video card. My video card alone is keeping me from playing a lot of great PC games. Man I hope my friend pulls through with this Xbox!!!
OMFG!!!! I just found out that the xbox has 20-25 games with it!!!! I'm not going t get it for free but we're working out like a payment plan....it won't be much at all either.

I have Doom 3 for Xbox, it looks surprisingly good and plays well too.
