Summon Night: Swordcraft Story is also near the top of my list. There is an unfortunate dearth of lesbian anime games, a lack that I just do not understand. (the combination is just so WIN)Considering your stipulations, the only other one that comes to mind is Pokemon Emerald. (which was fun for a while, though some of the charm had been lost since the originals)

The only game that I can think of not in your list that would be in my top 5 is Baseball Advance. I loved that game. I never thought baseball would be good on a hand held, but that game proved me wrong. Metal Slug Advance was pretty fun but not in my top 5.
