Jak & Daxter or Ratchet and Clank?

Just wanted to get an idea of what series people prefer, I prefer Jak and Daxter just due to the fact that Naughty Dog has always done great stuff including the original 3 Crash Bandicoots,Jak %26amp; Daxter or Ratchet and Clank?
*regurjitates in his mouth and then swallows at the thought of crash bandicoot* Jak%26Daxter is fun, I like how they try to cram all these different types of games into one. Ratchet and Clank is 10x better though. Getting and upgrading weapons is sweet. They both have hilarious cutscenes and cool unlockables. It all comes down to the weapons and R%26C > J%26D.Jak %26amp; Daxter or Ratchet and Clank?
Although Jak %26 Daxter is an unforgettable and incredible experience, Ratchet %26 Clank, to me, is near-perfect.

Ratchet and Clank is better to me, its just got a better formula that appears to have lasted. I do like Naughty Dog though and really like where they are going with Uncharted.

I prefer the Jak and Daxter series more then the Ratchet and Clank series.
To me Jak and Daxter 1 perfected the 3D platformer for me level design was great and it was just one huge open world. Kind of sad that there arent to many platformers now a days

The first one is the only good one. But even then they had those vehicle levels which I thought did not control as well as the platforming sections. Jak and Daxter is more fun but in terms of technical graphics and overall control I have to agree with the other person and say that RC is near perfect. Dispite it's near perfection in execution and polish I've never beaten any of the Ratchet games. The story and characters never interested me.



Overall entertainment/fun/enjoyment value : Sly Cooper 1 > Maximo 1 > Jak and Daxter > Ratchet

Technical aspects/polish: Sly Cooper = Ratchet > Jak = Maximo
Jak and Daxter is the better series, but Ratchet and Clank is also pretty damn good.that's my opinion
Both are equally good but I'll say Ratchet and Clank series. Jak 1 was amazing, Jak 2 was even better. Jak 3 did not do as well as the other two. Ratchet and Clank series, apart from deadlocked, has always been fun.
Thats a tough one. Jak and Daxter was an early favorite of mine on the PS2 but Rachet and Clank absorbed way more of my time. I think I have to go with Rachet and Clank because it was more entertaining and had cooler weapons. Plus a talking robot beats a talking weasel anyday of the week.

Jak and Daxter no contest.Btw a new Jak and Daxter and is coming out hope it turns out good despite it being produced by another developer.

I love both game series but Ratchent and Clank is better.

Jak %26 Daxter, I can stand Rachet %26 Clank for some reason.
I loved the Crash Bandicoot orginal Trilogy, I also loved first part of Jak %26 Daxter. Sadly the 2nd and 3rd part are IMO a lot worse. As it goes for Ratchet%26Clank I had a blast playing every single game from this universum.
I have alll 3 Jak and Daxter games but have only played part 1, which I have to say is pretty good. I have all of the PS2 ratchet games (plus the PSP one) and I have I say I love all the games in the series. THey were awesome and full of fun. It reminded me so much of a good Saturday morning cartoon. Still, I would love to see a new Jak Game coming out on PS3 (the new one annoucned still sounds cool though).
